Casey made a number of professional suggestions regarding staging, repairs, and curb appeal that we believe helped us make our house look at its best for prospective buyers. She also managed all the Craigs List sales of the furniture we no longer wanted. Her references for movers, tradesmen and the handyman were excellent. All work was completed when promised and at a reasonable price. She handled all this as we live 200 miles away from the home we sold. She was pleasant throughout.

We only bought our house one year ago and we have recommended Casey many times since then. She's great. In fact, we found out about Casey because she was recommended to us by another couple that sold their house via Casey and thought she did an amazing job. The thing that makes Casey easy to recommend is her personality and her results. My husband, children and I met Christine at an open home in Burlingame over a year ago. We immediately were drawn to Christines warmth and friendliness. We asked her to represent us in selling our home and help us find a home in Burlingame. She sold our home in 4 days (in this climate!) !!! We then took almost 9 months to find a home in Burlingame (we were a fussy crowd :) ). We met Christine Kosturos randomly at an open house in Burlingame. We have been wanting to live in the Burlingame area for quite some time and I had a list of homes to see. When we went into this one open house, which was way out of our price range but wanted to see the types of homes in that area, we met Christine. When Christine was out of town, she would always let me know that she has her phone and computer access if i needed her. Also, If anything would have happened, she would always have a back up, Susan Michal, and tell me that she knows what's going on and she knows what to do if anything comes up. She was always prepared and made us feel that we were taken care of. We had purchased a great short sale in Burlingame. Christine was so patient with us and was on top of everything that dealt with the purchase. She would call me right away if she had any news or information.  Finally, after 5 months of going back and forth we finally settled and purchased our dream home. We couldn't believe it happened for us as we were fortunate to have such a wonderful realtor helping us along the whole way. Not only is she a wonderful realtor but she has become a close friend to us. We couldn't have purchase our dream home without Christine's help, guidance, advice and most of all her patience.

Working with Casey was a pleasure!  I first began 'talking' about looking for a home in the Spring of 2009.  Casey kept in touch, but was never 'pushy'.  she helped me when my life plans finally came around and I was ready to buy.  In just over 4 months I was in a home and I love it and it was virtually stress free thanks to Casey!
